What Is Barre?

Barre is a fun form of physical exercise, inspired by Ballet – executed by those with dusty forgotten ballerina dreams. It is a group fitness activity using the Ballet bar and incorporating movements derived from Ballet.  
 
The aim of Barre Time classes is to tone, strengthen, and lengthen the muscles while building stamina and endurance through cardio work, all while having fun.
